The 42nd annual conference of the Association of Young Irish Archaeologists
(AYIA) will take place in University College Cork from 26th to 28th February 2010.
The deadline for CALL FOR PAPERS has been extended until the 25th of this month.

Archaeology and the planning process.
The IAI are hosting a 1 day CDP seminar at Cork City Hal on friday 29th Jan 2010. The cost for IAI members is E30, and E35 for non-members. This seminar will deal with the structure and mechanisms of Local Authority, and the planning process and archaeology.
Wetland Archaeology in Ireland & Beyond.
This conference will be held in UCD on 6th-7th Feb 2010. Further details can be found at www.ucd.ie/archaeology/wetland2010.
EMASS 2010.
Yhe 4th annual Early Medieval Student Symposium will be held at UCD on 19th-20th May 2010. Further details can be found at www.emass2010.com.
